To excel in one’s work, it’s not necessary to possess all the tools, but rather a deep awareness of those surrounding the genius, and a spirit of empathy and support that encourages them instead of hindering them.

My observations from experience: It’s easy for those who have studied design before, but not so easy for those who have dedicated their lives to studying fields and specializations outside of engineering
Nevertheless, perseverance in achieving the goal is the only way to master any art or profession in the world.
